This notice covers the Nomads Society introduction website and its early-access and business enquiry forms. Nomads Society is a community and lifestyle app coming soon to Bali. For privacy questions, corrections or deletion requests, email [email protected].

What you share

Early access asks for your email address, an optional first name and consent to launch updates and possible beta invitations. Business enquiries ask for business name, contact name, email and business type, with an optional website or Instagram address and message.

How we use your information

We use early-access details to manage your interest and send the updates you request. We use business details to review and respond to your enquiry. Joining does not guarantee beta access; an enquiry does not guarantee a listing or partnership. A business enquiry does not subscribe you to launch marketing.

Forms, hosting and email

Tally processes form submissions for Nomads Society. Responses are stored in our Tally account and may be exported to manage early access and enquiries. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes connection information to serve and secure it. Our email provider processes messages you send us. Please read Tally’s privacy information and Cloudflare’s privacy information for details about their services.

Your choices

Early-access consent is optional to give and can be withdrawn at any time. To withdraw it, request access, ask for a correction or request deletion, contact [email protected]. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in a message.

Retention

We retain details while needed to manage the early-access interest or enquiry you submit, subject to applicable requirements. Contact us if you would like your information removed.

Cookies and analytics

We have not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Embedded forms and hosting may use service-related technologies under their providers’ privacy notices.

Updates

We will update this notice as the website and services develop. This notice does not describe a publicly available mobile app.
